As part of the museum’s reopening, the doors will also open to a brand-new dining experience – Tyghuset. The café is run by the Skeppsholmsgruppen, and the kitchen is led by chef Calvin Yu, who has extensive and highly regarded experience in East Asian cuisine
Guests will be treated to authentic, artisanal sushi, prepared with a deep appreciation for ingredients and tradition. To create a holistic experience for all the senses, the restaurant’s concept and menu will continuously reflect and complement the museum’s exhibitions – serving as a direct gastronomic extension of the museum visit.
Tyghuset opens on 19 September, alongside the rest of the museum.
